Autumn Shanti Brown is a genuine, highly knowledgeable yoga teacher that brings not only skill but passion, toward each yoga class she offers. She creates a warm open space for students to be inspired by offering alignment, breath and various different yoga styles.
She strives to meet each student where they are on their path in a safe and accessible way. Embark on this journey of yoga with Autumn, finding physical strength (through asana), flexibility, clarity, and most importantly peace and balance within one’s self.
Hi, I am Shanti
Autumn has lived in the Gunnison Valley for most of her life. She enjoys hiking, rafting, skiing and finds true peace in the outdoors. She has been a fitness trainer, studies nutrition and was introduced to yoga at a very young age, given the spiritual name “Shanti” by Swami Satchidananda.
Autumn’s passion about yoga shows up in her teachings. Through intelligent, mindful sequencing, Autumn can take her students deeper into their practice, physically, mentally and spiritually.
